Building One
Building One details the history of the 158th Infantry Regiment from its organization in 1865 as the 1st Regiment Arizona Volunteers through the pre-war training era at Fort Tuthill. Explore the origins of the regiment, the Rough Riders, Mexican Border service, World War I, and the establishment of Fort Tuthill as a premier National Guard training facility.
Courtyard
The courtyard between the two buildings is used to display larger military items including vehicles, equipment, and artifacts too large for indoor exhibition. Walk among the machines that carried soldiers into history.
Building Two
Building Two documents the 158th's transformation into the legendary 'Bushmasters' — from Panama jungle warfare training through the South Pacific campaigns of WWII, and continuing to the present day with the 1st Battalion 158th Infantry's service in Afghanistan.
